     Good luck trying to send any .mov file as an attachment.  .mov files are gigantic and most email services do not allow attachments larger than about 15 MB, .mov files are measured in GB.  Even some of the Photos taken by the Phantoms are larger than 15 MB.

     Your best approach is to get a free DropBox account and upload your videos and photos to DropBox.  Then you can send a link in the email so the recipient can download the .mov file from DropBox.  Unfortunately, the high quality videos do not go through that process very well.  4K gets downgraded to 720p.  I think 720p is the largest resolution the free DropBox account allows.

     There are other services similar to DropBox, like Google Drive and OneDrive, that may allow larger resolutions.  You can also get a free YouTube account where you can upload your videos and then you can send the link to the email recipient.  The videos can be private or public.  (I am not sure if they can be downloaded though.)  

     Be careful with the YouTube uploads.  If you rush the upload, the quality of the original will not be preserved in the upload.  Sometimes the after-upload processing takes a half hour.  The best thing is to wait until YouTube sends you an email saying you can publish the video.
