Last time I used my P3S, a few weeks ago I noticed it's giving me a Battery Damaged warning at the top of the screen. I tested today and I still see the warning. I tried completely draining the battery and recharging it and I still see the error.  So I checked my flight logs for the past few months and it looks like Cell 3 gradually got worse and worse since some time in March.  Anyone have any info on this? It should be still under warranty. Has anyone gotten DJI to replace a battery?

Forgot to mention. The battery looks totally fine. No bulging or anything.

I think it's under warranty anyway. Just barely. I bought it Dec. 22nd and today is June 18th. Just under 6 months for the battery.

Did you look after the Voltage of all cells in battery?  

Get that claim in FAST !

Contrary to some - once a cell is damaged - you will never recover it ... and discharging down to deep can only do more damage.

DJI have decided that we cannot access cell by cell ....

@solentlife I sent an email to Support yesterday (Sunday) and it says they'll reply Monday through Friday so Hopefully today I'll hear something.

@Peterx    I'm looking at the voltage in the flight logs on AirData UAV but I don't understand what it's saying.  It doesn't look like there's anything bad in there.

What does GO show in the battery section of menu when all powered up ?

It will give you readings of the cells.

Have you cleaned all contacts .... all 8 of them ? 4 on battery .... 4 in model ....

You could charge up by SWITCHING on battery first before connecting charger ... see if that helps by getting full charge in ... but in all likelihood battery is naff !

Great news! DJI will repair the battery, I just have to send it in. They wee very fast getting back to me.

I just got a P4 battery replaced.

And 6 Months ago DJI replaced an Inspire battery for me that was starting to bulge.
I had no problems either time dealing with them.
