Hi, I found out yesterday that after editing the original videos with DJI app (i did it in iPad) the video loses a lot of quality, whether I do it manually or the app does its own authomatic edition. This edition its nice but when I download the video to the iPad gallery it loses a lot of quality, both my edition or DJI app one.
There any solution for this? Any way in order not to lose quality?
Same here, quick shot, dronie, 16 seconds on SD card 1080, nice quality, when downloaded (Original) to Dji GO and converted to 10 sec dronie (with the different speed ratios) it is 720 and pretty bad quality
i talk yesterday with the customer chat and they told that there was nothing to do.. are they kidding us? u edit the video and the final quality is super low?? WTF!!
It's because you are just using recorded live feed , if you want to see your footage as you recorded it plug your card into your computer you can edit it on your computer. It's the same for all dji drones.

which is the app for computer to authoamticly edit the videos as the DJI does it in the ipad?
but I mean, what I want is the effects that the DJI app does with the speed in the video. is super cool how they increase the speed and then slow it down with the perfect armony and timing

Yeah they are really cool, but as it stands we are stuck with what's on the app, I found that showing them to friends on my iPhone they were very impressed and amused quality on phone is not to bad.
Perhaps dji might be able to design an app/ software, that can edit full resolution footage,
Hi I have just discovered you can download footage from sd card on drone to dji editor. You just need to have aircraft turned on and press download at bottom of page so you should now be able to download straight from sd.

yeah, im not talking about that. i know this
im telling just that if u edit straight with dji app, no matter if u download it to the device or not, quality becomes super poor
any other app who can make the same job as DJI app for automathic edition? the effects are awesome, the quality super poor. i dont know to lose quality!
I show same video, first original quality with no edition, and the 2nd after authomatic edition.
More over, I have contacted the customer service and the answeres they are giving me my email are a complete sh..it, and this is peace me off much more. Until the point of thinking to return the dron because of the service.
Look the answers, i literally copy and paste them here
Answer 1: The reason why that you are loosing the quality of your video on your mobile device is because, this video is in 4k file and not all device can play 4k videos.
What?? Are they serious? SPARK DOESN'T RECORD IN 4K, and if it would, the answer is unreal. WTF
Answer 2: Upon checking with our relevant department, please try to install a different video player like VLC on your device and check if you still have the same issue.
Answer 3: Upon checking with our relevant department that you now need to send your drone for repair. Please see below in how you can file your online repair.
How can this answers be even real? They are a customer service and trying to solve this issue sendming this sh..it as anwer. I cannot believe.
As for me - I use 'Sync for DJI' app. It can directly download media from my on my iPhone (even 4k video). Also this app works in the background. So I just choose photos, tap on download button and then put my phone in my pocket and wait for notification. If notification is arrived - that means all downloads are finished and I can share them.
