Is there a way to keep the EV value locked to 0 on the camera
I am using manual mode normally on 100-60-with a nd 16 filter on bright days. But as i fly the EV value changes when it gets brighter or darker?

There is no way to lock the EV in manual mode. The EV will stay at 0 in auto mode as it then keeps adjusting the shutter speed.
