When I use the DJI Go app and touch the icon in the upper left corner (android) what I am assuming is my "profile" comes up.  I have an option to swipe left and there is another profile with a name I don't recognize that has the exact same info as mine.

Why is this?

Can I get rid of it?

I bought my P3P used.  Is this something from the previous owner that's tethered to the aircraft?

Same problem here, I initially bough a phantom 3s and I had two users under my account for that aircraft and now that I bought the P4P I have another one.

I have the same issue. How do I get rid of that other profile or user??  I suspect its the guy who owned it before me.

Hello, any solution? I have preowned mavic pro and in dji app in flight record i have teo profiles .. My and one with the previous owner with the same numbers like me.. Me its with Stewie picture

I believe the Honza is your craft, there could be more than one and the sum of them would show up on the "Petr Hancl" (You) page.

I'm having this issue too. There are 3 different user profiles in my app - one is my old username (3 years ago with a Spark), one is my new username (with a Mavic 2 Pro) and there is a username that I haven't created.

I'm synchronizing the flight logs but my Mavic is not shown in my profile in the forum here.
