What class Airspace? You need to contact ATC at the closest Tower. There is a bit more to it. Do you have your FAA Remote Pilot License?

I just checked the Sectional Chart and you have some issues in flying there. It is Class B Airspace which is very busy airspace. That is due to Newark International. The Control Tower that you need to contact is the Newark Tower.  A FAA Waiver is for  relief of the rules.  What you are looking for is "ATC " Air Traffic  Control Authorization. They are going to have a ton of questions for you  that you will need the answers to when you call. You have to do this well in advance of your flight.
