How long to get a replacement battery?

When I purchased my drone, Phantom 4, the battery that came in it was completely dead. Due to the timing of the purchase (Winter, in New Hampshire) and that I was traveling for work, I didn't have a chance to replace it with B&H Photo.

I submitted a Case, CAS-522535-Y4N2L4, with DJI back in March, and wasn't able to send out the dead battery until April 15th or so. The battery was accepted by DJI on April 21st, 'received' on April 27th, and verified on May 3rd. Now that summer is here I am looking to use the drone more, but have yet to get a straight answer on when I will get the replacement battery. Luckily I have one another battery, but I would like to have a 2nd to use. Two weeks ago I was told it would ship "next week", when that didn't happen I asked again, was told last week "3 days". THe lack of customer support from DJI is getting ridiculous. I just want a battery.
