Hello, I was flying my drone, i had 2 battery's with me and depleted them both to about 40%, afterwords, i put them in a car for a couple hours (not in direct sunlight), the car really heated up and i was wondering if the inside of a car on a 90 degree day would be hot enough to damage batterys? Thanks in advance

I think as a general rule you should not leave anything made of plastics in a car on a day as hot as that.

I've used mine in Spain and they got jolly hot ! So hot on one occasion I thought they might swell and explode ,done a fair bit of reading about lipo batteries and  all though they don't like temp extremes they are pretty bullet proof I even seen swollen ones fixed by sticking them in a fridge and clamped to reduce swelling and then tested with balance charger which tests voltage from each cell and it worked so don't panic you should be good ,hope this helps .Andy T
