The 5.5 Crystalsky Monitor states compatibility with the Mavic pro. 5.5 Monitor is 153.76x84.94x19mm?
Mavic Pro RC thickness supported is 6.5-8.5?

In the Box;
CrystalSky Monitor
Intelligen Battery x2 (CS785/CS785U) or x1(CS550)
Intelligent Battery Charging Hub (WCH2) x1
CrystalSky User Guide x1
Intelligent Battery Safety Guidelines x1
Mounting Bracket (Optional) x1
Hood (Optional) x1

Q#1 If the mounting bracket is optional how do I connect CrystalSky to the Mavic Pro. Wifi?
Q#2 Also no Cable to connect the monitor and remote is included in the CrystalSky box?
Oh the mounting bracket is not compatible with the Mavic Pro. Inspire Series, Phantom 4 Series, Phantom 3 Professional, Phantom 3 Advanced, Matrice Series

The Online support chat told me the 5.5 CrystalSky monitor would fit in the Mavic Pro RC yesterday. I was still worried and double checked and the specs state otherwise.

Not sure who at DJI told you that if would fit, but there is NO WAY that the CrystalSky fit in the Mavic RC.  Please read this entire thread below:

Just one the the online chat support reps said it was. I asked like 3 times during the conversation.
And ya the specs state CrystalSky Monitor thickness 19mm.
Mavic Pro RC thickness supported 6.5-8.5mm.

Also thanks for the link!

Actually, to be fair, the rep never actually said the monitor would fit in the controller arms.  He just said that you would use the monitor "in a regular way like your mobile device".  You just made the assumption that he was talking about it fitting in the controller arms.

Assumption?

Question #1: "Is there anyone familiar or has mount it to a mavic pro controller that can say how?"
DJI Answer: "I see yes you can use that for mavic pro" "You just use it in a regular way just like your mobile device"

I clarify saying "Oh it fits inside the holder, it seemed bigger"
DJI rep did not correct.

The normal way to use a mavic pro RC with a mobile device is to mount your mobile device in the RC arms that fold out.

I'm sure that they are told never to disagree with the customer.  However, he also still did not specifically say the monitor would fit in the controller arms.

Is this a troll? My question was asking if the CrystalSky would mount to the Mavic RC not if it would connect with a cable.

This was days ago so no big deal. I purchased everything else required.

I'm interested to know what cable you purchased to connect the CrystalSky to the Mavic Remote control?

I am looking to do the same thing.  What wire are you using to connect the Crystal Sky to the Mavic remove?

The crystalsky bracket has a type c usb to usb, so any shold work. Crystalsky I think also has micro usb port, but that sticks out the side.
