Hi all,

I received my DJI spark on Wednesday this week, had no issues whatsoever with the drone, infact I was very impressed by it. On Friday, whilst flying it via the gesture control it went off on it's own accord and hit a wall...good start!

There is a very small hairline crack under one of the arms(?) and one of the motors/propellers isn't spinning freely. I haven't turned the drone on since or tried to fly it.

Basically in short my question is does anyone have any idea of the cost it may be to repair? With it being the weekend and not having chance to take it anywhere or find prices online i'm trying to get an approximate.

If it took off of its own accord then you might have a warranty claim, you can upload your flight log to dji cloud and start a case.

We apologize for the crash accident, like hallmark said, please export your flight log via DJI Assistant 2 and upload here, we will have engineer to make data analysis if you would like to know it's malfunction or not before sending in.
