You can try to reload the License Key using Assistant 2. See it works or not.

It mysteriously started working.  One thing that is still happening is it wont let me shoot 5k 422 apple pro res.  Any ideas on why this would happen?

Yes.  It will sometimes give me the option for 5k but when I set it a few seconds later it jumps back to 4k

I'm sorry that only in 2.44:1 format can shoot 5K 422HQ, if you would like to take video of 16:9, please select CDNG format.

I have the same issue.  I have a Premium Combo that was replaced under Care Refresh back in March.  I finally purchased an SSD 480GB version.  Warning on Go4 says "Video Format not supported with the current Activation Key. Cannot record by SSD.  Assistant 2/click on "license" and all is says is CineCore SN: 0A0LDCD00300MY.  Please help my firmware is current and updated as of today.

This is unacceptable! I'm totally frustrated with DJi once again.  I've yet to get my license that's been paid for sense January with the purchase of my Premium Combo and I've now had another $1000 of DJI gear (drive and card reader) and you can't get my license key activated so I can use it.  Why is this so difficult to get up and running? case number CAS-771235-V4J3M7.  3 days of messing around and it's still not up and running. I find it hard to believe that it's much more than someone actually getting on a screen and activating it.  Extremely frustrated in money spent with no action!

Hi! Experienced the same with my Inspire 2 / x5s combo that arrived today. First flight the licence was fine and i could record Cinema DNG, but after i had charged the batteries, transferred the dng's, formatted the 240GB SSD (in drone), changed from my mobile to a bigger tablet i got the "missing licence" message.

What i did to solved my issue was to change from NTSC to PAL and followed the instruction to restart camera (drone). Problem solved! Now i could switch back to NTSC, and the licence was still in place
