I'm just getting started with drone video as a hobby, any advice on video editing software for a 2013 Surface Pro? OS is Win8.1, i5 processor 1.6 - 2.3 Ghz, and 4GB RAM. I'm not expecting to be able to produce TV episodes with it but I'd like something more than the editor included with DJI Go 4 app. Thanks for any advice.

I'm a noob to the whole flying/video editing and have been using shotcut. It's free, which makes it attractive, but like anything, there's a learning curve. Download it and watch a few tutorials.
