Hi. im using a mavic pro. recently i tried a technique that is called vertigo zoom or dolly zoom. but the result is not what i expected, the zoom in or out looks choppy in the final output video. even the panin also looks a bit of choppy / laggy.
dont know is happening.  it was a sunny day so i used a polarpro nd pl filter to prevent high shutter speeds.

you can see what im telling in 0:15 and 0:58 mark. the zoom is laggy.

in the nex video im trying the same technique, the first clip is as the mavic pro records it, no effects, seconds later is the same clip using the zoom. you can tell that there is not too much lag in this clips as in the first video.  any idea what could be wrong?

i also put the values im using for the export.
thnks i advance sorry for my english.

Your source is 4K 30fps and you are outputting at 4K 60fps ?

try enabling timeflow (I only used it for slowing down movies, but you want to give it a try in premiere when you want to go to 60 fps
