Hello tech support

I have Osmo, still under warranty.Recently i have encountered the issue "please unlock the gimbal to continue". The gimbal is not locked at all. Therefore i cannot use Osmo in right way.What may be the problem?

nobody knows?

I'm having the same problem as yours. Did you correct it? Someone in the case of our help please?

Are you sure the gimbal was unlocked from all directions? Is there any beeping sound?

The OSMO Mobile can't be locked in any direction, can it?

Well, you are right, the Osmo Mobile cannot be locked in any direction. If there is error message about that, the gimbal may fail to be balanced before powering on, or the gimbal got damaged.

turn if off and on again. it should work
