Hello tech support

I have Osmo, still under warranty.Recently i have encountered the issue "please unlock the gimbal to continue". The gimbal is not locked at all. Therefore i cannot use Osmo in right way.What may be the problem?

Are you sure the gimbal was unlocked from all directions? Is there any beeping sound?

The OSMO Mobile can't be locked in any direction, can it?

No, but I think fans5ef27641 means Osmo.

Haha, the text said it is Osmo.
Well, you are right, the Osmo Mobile cannot be locked in any direction. If there is error message about that, the gimbal may fail to be balanced before powering on, or the gimbal got damaged.
