Hello I need some help, please! I am trying to activate my new P4 pro+ and i get the message:    Activation Failed(ServerBackFail) Contact DJI Support if problem persists after restart    Any ideas? Thank you very much!!!

Sorry for the trouble caused, have you tried to use the mobile data to activate it? Please try that , enable the hotspot on your phone,  connect the RC to the hotspot, then try to activate it again ,if it is the same, please post a pic of the error message, then PM us with the SN of this drone and your DJI account email,  we'd like to look into it.
