After reading TONS of threads about DJI's poor customer service, I braced myself for a bad experience. My Osmo stopped working and I needed help. After a brief chat with the tech, it was decided that I needed to send it in for exchange. I sent it and they received it on June 20th. I got an email saying it was shipped back on June 23rd. I got a new Osmo on June 29th. So far everything is in working order. My experience was nothing less than pleasant and professional. My problem was solved quickly and without stress. I feel bad for the others who didn't have such a good experience, but I cannot say anything bad about DJI and their cutomer service. Thank you DJI!
