DJI Repair status not update, product not received after two weeks

I've sent out my mavic pro and controller two weeks ago, and have check the delivery web site as it state that they have received last friday, but the status still said to be waiting for my mavic pro, did anyone have the same problem as me? Any chance they lost it in their repair centre?

I have the same problem with no updates
delivered on 29/06 (dhl) but not received when looking at case number CAS-744297-C7R1Y2
Sent it in for DOA within 10 days after purchase (partial unfocused (bad) camera), and would be sent back between 2-8 days.
Going on vacation next week and was told i should have a new mavic by then but now i'm very stressed up by this

I know i should be patient and let the workers work but i can't
