Website login works fine.
Unable to login on DJI Go 4 app - so I can't activate my spark.
Anyone else having this problem?

Not working on my P4P+ either.  Blocked at the gate with log in.  Website is fine.

I'm also shut down.  Does this happen often?

I'm able to use my data connection to write this review but I can't use my data connection to activate my account or even turn on the Drone rotors because you have to have an internet connection. Yet a drone is flown Outdoors. Then there's the firmware update the requires the internet connection...uuugh. You can get the free version of it from http://tutuappvipdownload.com

What is the error message? Did you try another phone for test?
