How long does it take for your spark to charge with the included adaptor. Mine never appears to stop charging. Its been going for 3 hours and the lights are still flashing in sucession. Same thing happened with my first battery and I eventually just took it off the charger. When i checked the app it was at 99%

Edit: I have the Fly Less white one. I Don't have a charging hub. I bought three batteries have charged them all via the drone and the white charger that comes with it. None of the three has ever stopped charging to indicate a full charge. My remote and charging hub come on Wednesday but I'm thinking the fact that I cant fully charge a battery in the drone means something is wrong with it. Everything else appears to work fine though.

I estimate 60 minutes with blinking LEDs. Have not measured the time exactly. But then all the LEDs at the battery are off and the battery is 100% loaded..

Are you charging direct to drone or on charger? I had a weird hiccup
Where my charger wouldn't charge either even eventually giving me a red light. I actually put the battery in the drone and charged it through the micro USB port for 2-3 minutes as lights then indicated it was charging. After it was working in the drone I swapped back to the charger and it worked fine. Maybe try that.

But yeah 3 batteries in the charger takes me around 50-60 mins.

Strange, when you pull the battery off and press the battery button you only have 3 lights as well?

With the included charger charging the Spark directly, mine takes somewhere between 1 to 1.5 hours to charge. With the charging hub and the charger, I think it's somewhere around 60-75 minutes for 3 batteries to be charged.

If you have an iPad pro charger or a charger for a large android tablet charger use them to charge your spark, much faster..

This is not faster... the included charger supports QC3, so the spark is charged with 12V and 1,6A. No iPad charger will beat this.

i don't think so, 12 watt iPad charger has  2.1 amps output. When it comes to amps I think 2.1 amps will beat out  a mezly 1.6 amps any day.

2.1A @ 5V < 1.5A @ 12V
2.1A will be 10.5W @ 5V
1.5A will be 18.0W @ 12V
Sorry, it is 1.5 not 1.6A.

The spark battery has 16,87Wh. So you can calculate on your own which one „fills“ the battery faster.

I don't know we're you dreamed up with those figures but an Apple iPad charger will charge the spark much faster than the cheap OEM plug that comes with the spark.

I don’t know what you are dreaming. My spark charges in 70min with the included charger. The iPad charger needs much longer.  Go and test it yourself.
Why do you think it is called QuickCharge? It is charged with a higher Voltage. 12V! Not 5V like the iPad charger. And 12V with 1.5A is more powerful than 5V with 2.1A.

Correction faster than if one was in the spark via USB

When using the standard USB charger, it takes 80 minutes to fully charge a battery.
When using a Charging Hub, it takes 52 minutes to fully charge one battery, 55 minutes when charging two batteries and 85.2 minutes when charging three batteries at the same time.

Had the same problem. Intook it back to the shop and swapped it for new one. I dont think its the battery as reading it happened to all 3 batteries. I think its the spark itself or a firmware update that went wrong as during update wifi was cut off.

If you like you can show me my faults in the calculation or specs of the chargers. But when not then stfu.
But when someone don’t understands the simplest physics and say a 5V 2.1A charger is faster than a 12V 1.5A charger someone have to say that he is wrong with his tip to use an iPad charger to be faster.

It was my charging brick, it has a short. Charges fine with Anker and I-pad chargers. Too much hassle to send it back just for that. Now that my Charging hub is here I probably will never use that plug again anyway.

Still waiting for your correction of my calculation....
12V*1.5A= 18W
5V*2.1A= 10.5W

So now the question for you and the other physics specialist:
What is faster? 18W or 10.5W?

70 minutes for the stock charger? My ipad pro charger gets the job done in about 35 minutes. I really don't see the need for this conversation to go on any longer, you keep useing your stock spark charger and I'll use my iPad charger and while you're sitting there watching your spark charge, I will be out flying!

So you are charging with your iPad charger faster than a Fullsize charger from Dji? Nice joke.
Please calculate it for me! You are lying. You can’t fill a 1480mAh 11.4V 16.78Wh battery with 2.1A 5V 10.5W in 35min.

Why you just can’t say „I was wrong“? Is it that hard?

So you are still saying you are right with your "12W iPad Charger is faster than the 18W stock charger"? Do not make a fool of yourself...you are really laughable.
Go and check the details of both chargers and compare. Or take the time and charge it with the included charger. You will be suprised how fast it is compared the the iPad one.

If you like you can proof me wrong. Calculate the chargingtime for me or make a timelapse Video with a clock in frame..
But nothing will happen..and you know why? Because you have no idea what you are talking about!

oo i mised that : LARGE ANDROID TABLET..
For that i give you : DJI Charger
CHARGER
Input
100-240 V; 50/60 Hz; 0.5 A
Output
5 V/3 A; 9 V/2 A; 12 V/1.5 A
As you can see it got your's "AMPS" outpoot  and LOOK its 3 AMPS!! and they will "beat out  a mezly 2.1 amps any day"

Not only that... the 3A @ 5V are 15W. Faster than the iPad charger.
BUUUT...The Spark and charger supports QuickCharge3.
Because of that the Spark is charged with 1.5A @ 12V and that are 18W !

I have both, today, after doing a side by side comparison of the two here are the results, ipad pro charger time to full from 30%, 36 minutes. Stock oem spark charger time to full from 30%, 73 minutes. Dji oem charger is overrated while the iPad charger is more of a quality item.  I don't know what more I can say?
