Does the built in lighting on the P4P meet the 3 mile visability rule for night flying?

There is no such thing as a three mile rule for recreational flyers in the USA.

I would assume he's not flying for hobby if he's asking the question,

Yes it is. He did not indicate if he was flying for hobby or if he was flying for commercial purposes. I assume he's flying for commercial purposes as he knows about anti collision lights for flying at dusk.

Thanks for a straight simple answer.  Those are are to find.  I am flying Part 107.  I guess I will need to look for some lights.  Thanks.

Yeah there have been other threads on this.  You have to put some other kind of external lights on the AC.  Lume cubes would probably work but they're heavy.  I'd probably go with the Strobon lights.  You're welcome.

I would suggest that unless you have actually used Lume Cubes, please don't tell folks they are heavy.
They are built tough, and not cheap like strobeon LED diodes. ;-)

My Phantom 3 Pro carries mine like a champ...
There are numerous threads and users here who use them with joy.

Including DJI staff on this very forum. And around the tiny spinning planet. Haha

What they are is pricey, for good reason. Cadillac of lights.
These are not only great for drone orientation, day/night. But they can also greatly improve your photography. Both dslr and drone.
