Hi

Im trying to upgrade the firmare to my p4. using assistant 2.

It downloads the firmware and I get the error code 0003 everytime (screenshot provided)

Any ideas ? Ive restarted , factory resets - no joy

Yep me too...I retried until it started and then seemed to work..PS. It did do an update to the assistant as part of the process.

You using latest version of DJI Assistant 2 ?

Success. finally got it to update. I tried another pc and it worked straight away !!!!

I uninstalled four different DJI applications from my PC - two apps and two drivers.  I then installed the latest DJI assistant from dji.com/phantom-4/info#downloads (thanks Aardvark) and was able to install latest firmware to my craft.  This would explain why Numptee Nuts was able to do it on a different machine - probably a clean install of DJI software.  Hope that helps someone, somewhere

SOLVED!!!!
I Saw this on someone's else post and i can verify this worked for me.
You have to use an IPHONE. I used IPHONE X, the other guy used IPHONE7 PLUS.  (6 will not work)
You just update using the DJI GO 4. (note: on iphone DJI GO and DJI GO4 are different)

whenever the percentage seems stuck, or slowed - PRESS the video shoot button - a lot of clicks untill it wil continue. (it takes time. if its not failing - its working)
this is how you get to 100% and update completes.
if this wont work for the first time, try again!  i succeded on 3rd try.
