Hi,

My spark met with a small collision, causing a hardware piece to fall of and now its lost. I am trying to find a way to find the replacement to this item, see pictures attached.

I have reached a dead end with trying to find a replacement hardware part for my DJI Spark. I am leaving the country permanently in two weeks, would appreciate feedback from you.  

My case number is CAS-771849-H6Z5V2.

Please contact our support to see if they can send this small part to you, you can obtain service here: http://www.dji.com/support

The help they have offered me is to send the whole drone for repair just for that small part Not happy this is not aceptable.
