I now have 6 batteries.  My thought is since the Remote Control can last 2 hours or so.  At an average of 12 minutes per battery I can easily fly for a whole hour and still have plenty of juice left in my Remote Control.
Today is about 80 degrees and I flew using 4 batteries and made sure to give my Spark a 5 minute rest between flights.  The fourth battery I was using Sport Mode the majority of the time.

I did not experience any warnings, errors, problems, loss of signal, nothing, all good with the Spark, the Remote Control or my iPad Mini.

It would be helpful to know what area you've been flying
(Countryside,city,town,beach,sea, lake,etc. ..)
So we get an idea tnks

1 extra, so a total of 2 in the fly more combo

i bought 2 extra and had no issues either using three or four in a row. only flew on fields or in the forrest with max 28°C outside

I was flying at a city park that has a very small lake.  On one side is a golf course, on the other side is a subdivision of homes.  Hope that helps for what it's worth.

For what its worth, I haven't given the drone any real rest between batteries. It has been hot these past few days as well (SoCal). I also flew it over the July 4th weekend out in the desert while at the river where is was easily 110+ degrees while flying in sport mode bussing around. I never received any errors.

It is your excellent idea to put Spark to rest for 5 minutes between each flight. One good idea is to have another Spark to swap for each flight. You can fly continously with each Spark fully at rest. And in case you lost one, you can use the other to find it (or lost both).

Kind of similar thought, once my Spark finally gets here (Amazon keeps pushing the date out - currently this Wed.) I'm planning to alternate between the Mavic and Spark, giving each a cool down period between flights.

I run through 3 with no break every time and haven't seen a problem. I do wait until the batteries cool down before putting them on the charger, though.

Anyone have or use this:
https://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?A=details&O=&Q=&ap=y&c3api=1876%2C%7Bcreative%7D%2C%7Bkeyword%7D&gclid=Cj0KEQjw-qbLBRD79JWsjuXI784BEiQAftBCIxsoWl8DuNuE5Sp3Z69BhBvGxgdCT8lwyUFQUdufvsMaAjAA8P8HAQ&is=REG&m=Y&sku=1313329

Have 4 batteries and was considering getting this, lossless conversion back to ac and then DC would be 18 charges worth, but I'm sure it would be half of this at best, still if I could get 5 to 8 charges out of it might be better then buying a couple more batteries.

Dear Mr. DroneinMI,
I am not sure if you have been following my threads about Spark power cut-off midflight issues. My current thread here show my suspect for the battery issue: http://forum.dji.com/forum.php?m ... mp;page=1#pid874989
Can you please help to give some comment that do you happen to notice any strange behavior during the continuously use of the batteries?

Secondly, the power cut-off could be overheat issue as well, therefore, how  is the heat of Spark when you fly? Do you notice any different when flying the 4th battery compare to to 1st one during flight?

Appreciate for your feedback.
