Hello all,

I never get that, when I run my mavic and my remote controller usually the DJI Go4 App start automaticcaly (android), and today when I wan to run my mavic with the remote the app don't run, and when I run the app, it's write "Not connected" but with the remote controller I can start the propepeller.. And if the drone is disconneted I can't update the firmware so
Can someone help me please ???

4 days ago it worked
I've juist connected the remote controller to my computer and update the mavic and the remote controller and still nothing... The Dji GO4 do not detect the mavic, i've try on an iPhone and the DjiGO4 do not detect the mavic and i've try 3 cables...
Please help me

I can't help you with the Android but if you have the IPhone. I use Iphone 6S+.

Make sure that the cable you are using is a dual data/charging cable and insert it in the USB port but disconnect the left side cable first from the remote.

You can also delete the app and then re-install it and try again.

Also what version of the APP are u on?

Then the issue is with the phone and or cable. Then follow the instructions above about the cable /USB.

I've had the same problem with my p4p on a galaxy tab a.the cable does seem to connect because I am getting the question at the bottom of the screen as to whether I want to use this app as my default. I have an iPad, and when I connect the iPad with Go 4 I am able to connect! Looking for help as well.

Exact same Problem here... Mavic PRO and my iPhone connected well until today. Now I can't connect using the DJI GO 4 App. Tested with an other phone and it worked. Tried different cables, rebooted all devices... No effect Any tipps are very well appreciated!

my experience is that the dji go 4 app dpesn't connect with Samsung tablet S2, maybe it has a problem with the S6 as well
