I find it totally hard to believe that they (DJI) can't replicate at least 75% of these reported issues.

Do you have the RC? The internal firmware can only be sent to Spark users with RC at the moment.

i've rc. Can I test the internal firmware ?

I would be very careful to "Beta-Test" a RC or drone firmware for the manufacturer - I mean don't they have their own Quality Departement within R&D?
What if the Spark crashes or does a fly away that ends in a catastrophic accident with many innocent dead - And you used a proprietary drone firmware!

It's pretty sad that they obviously don't have a clue whats happening. Wrong 5.8GHz Channels in Europe, bad connection, overheating... and so on.

Please DJI give us some infos on what you are doing and not just the "Mod" talk.
