P4 RC in for repair

I have my P4 RC in for repair.  It is in the "Verified" stage. Can anyone tell me what that means.

I sent it in because the battery no longer charges 100%.

I sent mine in for the same reason. I learned to not pay attention to those stage things. Be patient. Mine took over 5 weeks.  I just sent it in again for another reason.

Yikes. Hope my experience is better. Also having an issue with my P4 controller not charging.

ps  --  At first I thought the movie KA was going to another lame flick.  As it turned out I really liked it--especially when Mindy got going!

Mindy thank you for all  your help. I received a new rc today.  The only problem is the HDMI module that I had purchased for the old rc was not sent.

Well, so far I'm impressed with the progress thus far. It was received by DJI on Friday, and today it is being assessed. If things keep moving along I'll have it back in no time.

Me too!  I had a brand new one within a week of them receiving the old one.  No problems at all.  I do think it counts to treat them with respect and courtesy.  I've read some of the comments pilots have made  to the repair people and if it was me at DJI I just might kick the thing under a table somewhere until someone finds it! Haha
