Plz can you tell when it will be posible to remove OSD from HDMI output on P4P+

i bught P4P+ few day ago and i see now thet issue , its disapointed me , i need it for live

i had P3P before and he was grate , clean HDMI output

in the last update there is no it. dji go became version 4.1.0 though the last 4.1.3, it is impossible to update in any way

Not sure it is there in the newest FW on P4P+, i don't have those choises and the solution look like it is a secret! :-(

Aloha walper,

     Until Mindy responds, try what dcap pointed out.  In HD, the settings for the live feed video, are the options for On Screen Display (OSD).  The HD icon is displayed in the upper right of the live view display while you are flying.  The OSD options are at the bottom of the HD settings page.

I know what you telling me

I had p3p with hdmi modul

But I dont have thet option under HD ,  there is no options to turn off OSD on hdmi output

I think that it is necessary to wait when dji will release update without problems in the program. This point wasn't on the first insertion, have released update, point has appeared, and many other mistakes have appeared, they have released new update in which have returned the old dji go version without mistakes, but also without point which is necessary to us.

Aloha walper,

     What version of DJI GO are you using?  Have you tried to do the change while the HDMI cable is hooked up to the second display and the second display is on?

     Did you refresh the remote controller firmware after the HDMI module installation?  The option is not available until the firmware is able to install it.

I am realy pi... off ,  I sold my old p3p for 500€ and buy p4p+ for 2200€ with battery's,  AND NOW I CAN'T DO LIVE STREAM

     Atamant seems to have this covered - at least someone seems to know what is going on!  Anyway, you can get the old firmware from PhantomHelp.com;

     Before you try the different firmware, you might want to try the full screen option using a two finger or single finger pinch/swipe.  On the first page of the General Settings, near the bottom, is an option for full screen viewing.  The option asks whether you want to use two fingers or one finger to go into and out of full screen mode.  I use the two finger pinch option because the single finger option can be executed by accident.

Hi Walper

I have your same problem, in plus I, sometimes, need for my job to record the video video all the telemetry showed in the display of my phantom (thing that you can normally do using DJI GO 4 with iPhone) but I need to do it usind an external monitor... It's not possible to do that with the integrated one of my P4P+ ... WE CAN'T install DJI GS PRO !!! or any other 3rd party application ...

So we spent a lot of money to buy the P4P+ and we can't do the same things of the other luckiest customer that have bought the normal P4P... and after a lot of email sent by myself to DJI support the only answer that they got to me was : " buy another controller and use a tablet to install the program that you need" !!!!!!!!!!

SO DJI ARE YOU FU.........G CRAZY????

I think that you CAN'T give some kind of answer to your customers!!! Try to fix it in the "mystic" firmware upgrade that we are all waiting for...

They as don't react to problems of the buyers. And it is very sad.

I have bad news for you and good for me .

It's not posible to have clean hdmi on P4P+ ,  thet confirm me dji sport .

Becose i have 6 day old p4p+ my dealer accept to replace p4p controller I got one without screen .

I think it's a shame what DJI is doing with buyers of the Phantom 4 Pro PLUS model.

The Phantom 4 Pro PLU Model is the most expensive of the Phantom line and they are not giving the necessary support.

In the last upgrade disappeared the option to enable or not the OSD, had a button in the application for this and after the last update this disappeared.

I lost some jobs because of this and DJI does not know how to correct this problem.

This screen that comes with Phantom 4 Pro PLUS SKYCRISTAL, does not allow to install other applications and not times the same update of who bought without the screen
