Looking for help on what to do about a misdelivered set of goggles. Tracked the package till Fedx said it was delivered. Well, not to me. And signed by someone I do not know. I opened a trace with fedx, and am now waiting for a reply from them. Would things go faster if DJi took over? It's my understanding the contract is between DJI and Fedx. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
