Hello, my gimbal ribbon is broken and the vibration plate has a small crack.
So, Im going to buy this,

Is there a store in Newyork, who can fix this thing on spot ?

Im flying to Newyork from India next month.
Can I get it fixed immediately at NYC some store or DJI Store can install it for me ?

Im sure a local radio/tv repair place can help you out.  Also, check out some youtube video on Mavic dis-assembly.

So, if I order it from Amazon for 40$ total, will the new york DJI store guys do it for me ?

Or they will ask me to buy those 2 items again from them ?
How much does the DJI store item cost for the 2 items and will do it on spot for me ?

We are sorry that we are unable to provide these information to you because repair center in New York is not official facility, you may need to contact them for details before visiting.

The store above is DJI AUTHORIZED RETAIL STORE instead of official repair center. They can assist to repair but may charge from you. Please contact them firstly.

Ok, I wont be in NYC for more than 2 days.
So, I was looking to just walk into your store and get it done.

It wont take more than 15 minutes too.
Its just the ribbon cable and vibration pad.

Since you said, you wont use the 2 parts, if I bring it, so can you confirm if you have 2 parts and how much for it  and what to pay to get it fixed on site in your store directly ?

We have no idea if repair center in NYC has these two parts in stock because it's a dealer's store, please send email or call them directly .

I called DJI New York store and they said they have DJI official service and gave this number.

They are closed today, so I will call them tomorrow.
