So, i bought a drone to try, and because i was new, bought DJI care for 130.00.. new i would need it.. well..... 2 weeks later i crashed it.. emailed the company and they asked me to send the drone back and they would fix it.. Needless to say, and 3 weeks later, i recieved it back and i got this email stating they replaced the camera, housing gimbal and a few other things, and this is what i got back....

That's terrible, no excuses... DJI should can the person involved in the screw up and deliver to you A NEW, NEVER USED AC.. again VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

It seems you should have done a little more research into the warranty before buying.  DJI apparently did not check the Phantom they sent back to you, looks like only thing to do is send it back and hope you receive a better unit.
