I tried it with the spark, Departing above the box/case of the spark ... arrived at 150mt pressed RTH ... landed 3 / 5cm to the right, compared to the starting point.

That's impressive! Do you often rely on the RTH function often?

I sometimes use it to get me close, but then will take it over manually to actually land it. I didn't realize it could be this precise.

It's very accurate if you follow what the drone wants to see. ie 30ft or so high so it can capture it's landing point. I rarely use RTH, but I always set it. If I change locations while flying I will reset the RTH point to the RC's (controllers) GPS position. And be very mindful of trees! Speaking for a friend......
