A person I know lost the Mavic. I tried to help him, phantom logs, airdata etc, but nothing, isn´t any log for the last flight anywhere!!!
How can I help him?

Log for the last flight can be found in DJI Go 4 app. You have to extract the data using iTunes.

He don´t have last flight in logs, He checked already.

Did he connect the RC to the DJI GO 4 APP? What mobile device was he using, Android device or iOS device?

Connect his iPhone 7 plus to the computer, launch the iTunes, See if he can find the flight records in the DJI GO 4 app.
