I  had an accident with my Mavic, May7th.  Accidentally clipped the top of a tree.

I am in Ontario, Canada.

I sent it in to California for assessment and paid for a replacement using dji care refresh.

It took  about six weeks for them to ship me the replacement drone along with my controller.


bUT.  They shipped the replacement Drone WITHE THE DAMAGED BATTERY from my accident in it.  Physically damaged it is likely unsafe to charge it, and the clips are damaged, so it would not be safe to fly with, as it could disengage or fall out.

  Numerous emails and chat support conversations have gotten me no where, trying to get them to send me the replacement battery that should have come with the drone.

  Any body have any idea how to help me get the new battery?

  Think about it, it's getting close to August.  If I didn't have a spare battery, I still would have a non flyable drone, since early May!
