I've been having issues with our Ronin MX gimbal despite it being a fairly new piece of equipment.  When the gimbal is powered on, the tilt axis motors will vibrate violently and heat up rapidly.  When I hook it up to the computer / app I see the power meter for the tilt motor oscillating between 100 and -100.  This issue continues despite reducing the stiffness and repeated attempts at calibration.  The camera was balanced properly by following the manual.  Am I missing something here?  Is this a warranty issue or something of the sort?

I got same problem for sony a7s2 on my tero shooting car. Any reply from DJI??
