So i received a replacement of the X5S today ( my first one suffered from left side that was out of focus ).
Im still in checking the one that I received and encountered some other issue.
There is a lot of jello on every footage.
Example:
I didnt had any of the above with my previous X5S and nothing changed as Inspire was in the box whole time, waiting for new gimbal...
Does anyone have any suggestions ?
Cheers
Thank you for a reply Joe
No jello while static...
I never use Auto, usually one of the priorities or manual.
Weirdly it showed up after gimbal was changed, I never had a jello with the one that came with Inspire originally.
Im not quite sure is it relevant, but the plastic cap for the X5S I received is loose. When attached and twisted on there's no friction that could hold the cap on.
Maybe its just a plastic cap that is moulded badly. Don't know.
It also shows some issues with focus on the left side as my previous one.
Im wondering if I received a refurbished unit.
Will have to do some more tests today.
So I made some further checks and yeah there is a bit of wobble while Inspire is on the ground, its not as bad as airborne but its look like its caused by gimbal motors ?
Im not sure...
I was in conctact with DJI service at the moment and sent some sample footage as requested.
The old gimbal was silky smooth on the same settings, exposure and conditions.
Will keep you up to date

Crio, sorry for the trouble that has been caused and sorry for the late response.
From the video, there is jello effect issue.
When the gimbal forward direction is against the wind direction, this is likely to cause jello and ripple effects.
Could you please leave me the previous case number? And several original videos?

I will supply you with the case number after work as I was advised by them to open a case this morning.
Except all equipment issues and frustration caused by this ( This mean with my original gimbal that had focus issues, and now the replacement have jello issues ) the EU service was really helpful ( and quick too ).
Im not the only one that is in contact with them for sure so 1 day ( sometimes quicker ) turnaround for a reply is great, so thumbs up
Im hoping it will be the final case regarding gimbal/camera problems
