I had to reinstall go app on my Sony phone (Which I have used as a backup up to my tablet for months) and logged out of my home computer . I have tried and tried to log back into both with all the passwords I know and all the new ones but keep getting message WRONG PASSWORD,  even when I reset , I still get the mssgs...WHY CAN'T I LOG IN ?
I am still able to log in with my tablet but won't dare log out

The password is case sensitive, could you please double check it?

Thanks Diana !  I was watching the case sensitive yesterday but nothing worked but today all is WORKING FINE !   THANKS
