If you send your copter off for hardware repairs, whats the typical turnaround time?

I've done 2 Phantoms, expect 3 to 4 weeks turnaround. Did this mid June and have both aircraft back in hand.

Did you get the same one you sent in or did they send a replacement?

The time frame may be different according to the different case, local team will try their best to get your drone fixed and ship it out as soon as possible. Besides, you can keep us posted if you need it urgently, we will help to expedite the repair process.

Different serial numbers than the ones sent in. Long as they work no issue from me,

The drone may be replaced if it's unrepairable, but it will be in good working condition. No worries.
