Dji Mavic doesn't see the sd card after the last upgrade

Hello everyone, yesterday i finally bought the dji Mavic pro, but after doing the upgrade from the dji app the Mavic doesn't see anymore the sd card, and the app also say that the gimbal is disconnected. I try to reset/downgrade/refresh upgrade from dji assistant 2 but nothing, i also try different SD card and format them, but nothing....i pay 1200 euros for what?

Check that the SD card is correctly seated. The gold contacts must face up to the top of the Mavic.
Also, when you pop the SD card into its slot, you should hear a click.

What can you see on the screen of the RC when the drone and the RC both are on? Can you shoot videos and photos?

I can shoot only photos on the phone cache, but i cannot focus them. The sd Is properly inserted

What can you see in the APP? Have you tried to format the SD card via APP? Please post some pictures about this issue for better assistance.

I can't format the sd card from the app because It says "no sd card", the gimbal status is "disconnected". The store where i buy the drone can change it with a new one, but what happens to the dji care that i have activated on this drone?
