Hi guys, new here, so be gentle.
Ordered a Mavic Pro to a friend's house in Vancouver while I'm visiting from Europe.
I ordered the DJI Care refresh also, but it says "Shipped" for more than a week now, with no update of a tracking number since.
Getting a bit nervous as I've less than 2 weeks left here. Would it be sensible to cancel the order?
Also, the DJI Care refresh email I received says "The service is valid for 12 months, starting on 2017/07/15 and ending on 2018/07/15."
Is it usual that the Care refresh activates like that before the drone has even been recieved and activated?
