Is there a way to make the Vision Plus land at a waypoint? I haven't tried it yet, but what happens if I set the altitude of a waypoint to 0(if that's even possible)? Will it turn off the props once it's on the ground? If this is not possible, it would be a nice feature to have in a future version of the app.

Maybe I want to record video from a long programmed flight and I know the Phantom will not have enough battery power to make it back. I could just program it to carry out the long mission and then land in an open area where I could pick it up.

That's on the user to make sure the area is suitable for landing.

I think in order for your hives to work, the drones would have to be capable of landing there autonomously. There's also the slight problem of distance. Our current drones just cant travel all that far, you'd need way too many hives. Maybe once the range of these vehicles gets up to 25-30 miles it could work, but seems impractical now.

Well, that was here: but DHP has kind of made that obsolete.
