hi
i have just recieved my goggles and its stuck on logo , they worked out of box but just charged them up and they stuck on logo now doing nothing
i have tired in assistant 2 and it reconies goggles but cant do anything with them

UPDATE : did a refresh in Assistant 2 , and all working ok now , both on Sparky and P4P+ , cant wait to fly with em now ..

Hello, in my case is almost the same, just that Assist do not recognise the googles. any idea?

May I double confirm if the DJI Goggles can power on normally but it cannot connect to the DJI Assistant 2? Please make sure the DJI Assistant 2 is the latest version and test it with another cable to see if it helps. https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/dji-goggles
