can anyone recommend a soft bag for the spark, the sort you get with sunglasses. I just want something that will stop the props getting caught in my bag but not add bulk.

The bag that comes with the Fly More Combo works great for me.  It's not bulky at all and carries all necessary accessories (extra batteries).

I've been using that to take the spark out, but even that's too big for my rucksack (if I want to take anything else). I may see if I can get a dry bag in the right size?

I can vouch for the Polar Pro Spark case.   I use this to keep my Spark as compact as possible.   The case slides into my choice of camera bag just fine with my other equipment.   I also use a gimbal protector on the Spark.   Sorry for quality of images. I saw this post and took quick snapshots to share before I forget.

The Polar Pro? It's just a soft shell case for your spark, nothing for the transmitter. Small, practical and will protect your spark. I actually found it on this article here. Hope this helps

Anyone know of a UK seller who does free delivery?  I'm also after another battery but unwilling to pay £10 for postage from dji!

As has been mentioned, the Polar Pro case seems to be exactly what you're looking for, it's also really cheap as well. If you want you can read more about it in this article on the best cases for the DJI Spark. If you're getting the Polar Pro, it could be worth investing in a case for your transmitter, they're also really cheap as well. If you don't want to get a case for it, you can get some joystick protecters on Amazon Pretty cheap, like here for example.
