Thanks, the drone is conducting data analysis, we need more information. Could you please export flight records to us at your most convenience?
If you used Android mobile device during flight, please connect your phone to computer, find the DJI Go 4, send the whole folder records file to us.
If you used iPhone, install iTunes firstly in your computer, run it and find DJI Go 4 program, export the whole flight records folder.
You can upload the folder to Dropbox and post the link to us, we will make analysis as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

link 1 - drone disconnects and nearly drifts into my car, i had to grab it in flight and pull out the battery. (click notification tab)

I don't have many logs on my phone as part of the troubleshooting process it was suggested that I should completely uninstall DJI Go and re-install. I don't see why DJI can't get the logs off the drone though.

The logs clearly show the drone completely disconnecting from the drone... Downlink data connection lost for 29.7 seconds

My phone is syncing with Airdata automatically these are the only logs I have.

I have had a quick look on the mavicpilots forum and seems there are dozens of cases between all the forums,  The logs also look the same as the issue I had, I don't understand why it is taking so long for DJI to investigate this....

Thanks for your update. I'm sorry that we must analyze your own flight records rather than other's similar records.
