DJI GO 4 > directly RC connected (phantom 4)

Always when I open the app DJI go 4, the app says that he is (not true) connected with the Phantom 4 . Also when I am NOT connected with my Mavic.
That's strange, because I don't have a Phantom 4 and I just want to fly with my Mavic.
When I open the livestream (from the phantom 4 because I also can't select an other drone) the screen says he is disconnected.

I've try to fly with an Apple IOS device and that was no problem and there weren't issues.

Can someone helps me???

Hi! did you try to delete and reinstall the application?

Of course @V_kingo, 3 times and I deleted all the cache and I have reset the settings.

What mobile device are you using？ Have you tried the original USB cable of your mobile device?

It's startup issue   I put good money on it.!

I had same issue but mine would say SPARKS and show picture of a sparks

Please tell us how you Start up...
go through the steps in sequence

(before I would plug in first, start tablet Go4 app then start mavic then controller and wouldnt wait to aquire satilites GPS mode)
......man i used to cuss DJI out like a sailor Totally frustrated...... lately I've had 20 day no issues no more cuss'n
My mavic is so dialed in I Injoy the Amazing mavic

This always works for me

1' start mavic wait for all green lights
2. start controller wait for controller to acquire 6 or more satellites and go into GPS mode and GO FLY screen
3. start up Phone/tablet
4. from the Home screen Plug in using the USB port on controller
5. open app GO4
from the screen pictured hover over with the arrow Icon (Mouse pointer) the Phatom4 letters should have a drop down menu shows P3,Phantom 4,Mavic,Sparks,
if not go to the next screen (set up Device) and try the drop down  select MAVIC.

My belief is if you Plug in your tablet/Phone  before Controller sync with Mavic the App just see the controller and default to another craft Mine defaulted to Sparks
