12.06.2017 my Mavic arrived at the office of DJI
June 13, it was replaced, and June 21 is shipping.

This number is not tracked on the website dwk.de
I wrote to the office of DJI
I was answered by these letters

we can´t ship back your parcel to your privat address. (Can´t be shipped back easily from Germany to russian customers)



Can you give me another shipping address, please?

Is there any Company address we can ship it to?

As you know, we got a lot of Problems with sending out parcels to private russian persons and also to bussiness addresses in russia.

In this case - we also can´t ship back your parcel easily.



We´ve discussed this case in our Team, an find a solution:

-> we can send it to the Airport in moscow and you can pick it up there. (please be informed: you have to take care about all things afterwards: issues with customs, costs for the storage per day- if the parcel is pending there)



Please confirm, so we can send it out asap.



We are very sorry for any Troubles or any inconveniences.

it should been already send back.

I received this letter on August 9:

"we can´t ship back your parcel easily.

Our shipping department contacted us and we have to please you, to give us another shipping address.

The mean Problem is: the shipping courier told us, you live at a City, they can´t reach you easily and become Problems.

So please Forward us another shipping address as soon as possible, so we arrange the shipping to you ASAP.

Can you also give us a phone number, we or the shipping courier can reach you, if there are still any Problems?"


I again (the third time !!!!!) wrote the address of my company. Again offered to pay delivery by another postal company.
6 days no answer!

Gentlemen, can anyone at least explain to me what's going on, and how do I get my Mavic back ????

At least feedback can be provided?

Why does not anyone reply to letters?

To whom do I need to apply ???
