Hi All,


How can i reset my RC to default firmware? I'm having video signal intermittent (DJI GO is not showing weak signal alert) and I think that during the last upgrade occured some issue.

Just to clarity, is it a Phantom 4 Adv? It may hard to reset it to default firmware, but you can try to reset the RC to default settings, see if the issue can be resolved. Connect the RC to DJI Assistant 2 , you'll be able to reset it.

did you update the controller after the last update?  I had a video problem until I did that.

Please install DJI Assistant 2 to your computer on the product's website:http://www.dji.com/phantom-4-adv/info#downloads, and then connect the RC to the computer. then you can find the "restore factory settings" option. Since your drone now is having a problem of video signal intermittent, expect to restore factory settings, you can also try to relink the drone and RC, and camera's restore factory settings. Thanks for reply.

I have tried connecting the DJI Controller with DJI Assistant 2 but the RC does not appear in the main screen of application. Only aircraft appears there.

I uninstalled and installed again the DJI Assistant 2 but the issue keeps on.

Any idea?

I'm using Windows 10.

I can connect the aircraft normally, not the radio.

Did you connect the micro USB port of the RC to the computer? If it is possible, you can try to connect the RC to another computer, see if it works. Acctually, for the video signal issue, you can try to customize the channel in the APP.
