just done the latest firmware updates and now i'm limited to 50 meters i enabled max flight distance in setting typed in 3000 meters and still can't go past 50 meters im signed into the app and connected to the net WTF

I did the same this is due to the new application activation process for international customers. No one being able to help me yet

i sorted it! i never updated the dji app but after doing so it asked me to resign in and it solved the problem !

Good you discovered what you needed to do. There are clear instructions about having to re-sign with the June 2017 update of Go / Go 4 but I guess these have been missed by new upgraders.

Yes,  you MUST log into sky pixl and all will be good.  Safety First! Ken.

Besides, the DJI Go account must be logged in successfully.

Went back out tonight and its limiting me to 500 meters distance now wtffff I had 3000 in the box everything's updated what's going on????

fans4056610a, this sounds strange but you must DISABLE max flight distance, PERIOD. And make sure you log back into your account on the device you use on your r/c. Unless it is a"UK" thing. Safety First! Ken.

try and just delete and re- install the go ap, If you wish sync the flight data first as it will be lost .


Then be sure to Log into the DJI app ( e mail and password ) nd that should (hopefully ) solve it .

Are you new here ?  You could be the best pilot in the world of RC but Until you make  contributions ( post and replies )  you are listed as a Beginner .

Did you have a higher rank at one time and then get lowered, is that what you mean ?

Keep in mind you will see many members with the "beginner " on their page who  are very knowledgeable  and you will also find some senior members who are not that sharp .  So take the status with skepticism , it is just a guideline on how long and how many post and replies they have .

Just keep your DJI account logging in all the time.
Please reboot aircraft firstly and then DJI Go when you encounter the same problem.
