Help... I can not connect my Phantom 4 to the remote controler. To my knodledge there hasn't been a connection ever before. I've tried several times over the past days (letting the thing rest and hoping). I have a Phantom 4 and an iPad which runs DJI Go 4.0.

Have you tried linking RC to aircraft ?

Off course, what whould I otherwise have done. I've seen all the tutorials, all the post and I'm sure I'm doin it correctly as shown. Is there an other way, an alternative way?

Try to reset the RC, then a re-link...

* Turn on the controller, the aircraft should be off.
* Press C1, C2, and shutter (top right button nearest antenna) on the controller and hold for about 2 seconds or so until it beeps (D-DDD), then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote if needed.

This can be done manually (without using DJI Go):-

* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller.
* Press C1, C2, and the record button (top left button) on the controller, then the controller will beep 'D-DD'.
*Let go all fingers, then press the wheel on the right side of the controller (It's a 'click wheel', similar to a mouse wheel)  and then the first light of the controller will become blue and it will constantly beep DDDD.
* Use a pen to click the linking button on the aircraft and hold for 3-5 seconds, and then take the pen off the aircraft and wait, it will be linked soon.

Have you upgraded the drone before? Make sure the drone and RC both are up to date, then try to re-link them again. If it is still the same, please tell us how did you tried to re-link them and what is the lights status of the drone and the RC when you are trying to re-link them.

First off all thank you for your reply. I've done it several times... no problem, but zfter clicking the click wheel nothing happens. The controller light stays an firm solid red and doesn't blink or changes color.
I was able (before this procedure) to update the RC from 1.6.0 to 1.9.2, my AC is up to date to the latest version bur they still will not connect.

Thank you for your reply. Both AC and RC are up to date with te latest versions. Ive tryed numerous times both procedures as discriped in the manual and as Aardvark discriped. The light on the RC stays a firm, not blinking, red and the lights on the AC are in front solid red and on the tails blinking yellow.

I'm sending it back for repair, see my new threath: "Disappointed..."

I have the same problem.  Got a new drone after a crash and I can’t get the remote to work.  I’ve tried every combination.  Any luck with any way of connecting it?
