Sorry for the delay in data analysis. The crash date you provided is July 13/2017 6:00pm Atlantic time, but the last flight record you provided in Google Driver is July 10/2017, there is no incident.
Could you please help to clarify again? Apologize for the trouble caused.

Did you fly the drone with third party APP? Sorry that we are unable to analyze other data except DJI Go.

You could if you wanted to, its plain English. You just wont. If you're not going to support customers who use 3rd party apps than you shouldn't release an SDK to developers.

I understand your frustration, but we are unable to analyze third party data. If the drone can be recovered, we can analyze the flight log. Really sorry for this situation.

Please fill in online repair request form to start a ticket and send in the drone for further analysis, our team will take care of it.
