My spark lost power and fell from 40'.
DJI will not cover it and they have told me to pay for the repairs. (They say the gimble needs to be replaced but it actually works fine)
I have numerous emails and phone calls, and they acknowledge the issue but say it's not covered.
Not good customer service..
Mine also suddenly shutoff about 120m high over a lake… Got the "disconnect" message on the remote and, at same time, heard the motors shutoff and saw my Spark falling like a brick in water. Submitted a case 2 weeks ago and still no answer. I fear they won’t do anything because I was not able to recover it....
